While you’re subscribed, you get city exclusivity versus direct competitors in your niche. That means TT Results won’t take on your direct competitor in the same city at the same time. If you stop the retainer, exclusivity ends.

Communication cadence

Expect clear monthly priorities and direct access to Timothy. If something breaks, profile edit, review attack, sudden drop, we address it; we don’t wait for a quarterly slide deck.

Pausing or canceling

If you pause or cancel, exclusivity ends and ongoing management stops. Rankings can hold for a while or slip depending on competition and whether foundations stay intact. We’ll be direct about that during onboarding, no scare tactics, no fake lock in beyond the exclusivity rule while subscribed.

What’s outside the retainer (unless agreed)

Full website redesigns, paid media management, fake review acquisition, and national SEO content farms are not the core product. Light on page fixes that support local ranking are in scope. If you need a bigger web project, we’ll say so instead of pretending the retainer covers a rebuild.
