SERVICE AGREEMENT

This agreement is made between you (the client) and TT Results (hereinafter “we”, “us” or “our”), operated by Timothy Trotter. By agreeing to this document, you agree to the following terms.

Our Offer

We will optimize your Google Business Profile and related local SEO factors with the goal of achieving a top 3 ranking in Google Maps for your target area [Location] and your main keyword, and keeping that ranking, under a monthly retainer.

Scope of Services:

Ranking audit and baseline
Complete Google Business Profile audit and optimization
On-page / website for local ranking
Weekly post planning including content strategy
Competitive analysis and clear positioning in the local market
Weekly ranking reports and progress updates

Ongoing support, optimization, and adjustments while you remain on the retainer

What we need from you

We need access to your Google Business Profile and your website. We will notify you before making any major changes. Once payment is completed, we will send detailed instructions on how to provide us with secure access to everything we need.

You agree to reasonably support the work (for example: responding to access requests, providing accurate business info, and helping generate genuine reviews and photos when asked). Delays on your side may delay results.

GUARANTEE

Should you not achieve a Increased ranking in Google Maps for your agreed main keyword in your target area within 90 days, we will pause your billing until that goal is reached. Billing resumes with the next billing cycle after the goal is met.

This guarantee applies to the agreed keyword and location only. It does not cover unrelated keywords, other cities, or ranking drops caused by Google algorithm changes we cannot control, suspension of your GBP for policy violations outside our work, or your failure to provide required access or cooperation.

EXCLUSIVITY

While you are an active subscriber, we commit not to serve any other direct competitors in your industry in the same target city/area. Exclusivity ends if the retainer is cancelled or unpaid.

FEES

The monthly fee is billed on the agreed cycle. Work continues month to month unless cancelled in writing.

NEXT STEPS

After agreement and signing, you will receive an invoice for the above-mentioned price.

Within 24 hours after payment receipt, you will receive an onboarding email with all further steps. The 90-day period begins as soon as we receive access to the items listed above.
